Hi @yannikins,

Welcome to the Sony Community! I personally have never heard of the free Blue Planet II download in 4K. But that doesn't mean there is no such promotion, perhaps it is a valid promotion in only certain countries. Why don't you ask the retail shop for more information about the promotion? They must be clear if Sony is offering the promotion, or perhaps it is offered by a different third party partner when purchasing a Sony 4K TV.

In both cases I would recommend you give Sony Customer Support a call to ask and verify with them so you can be certain.

I hope you are enjoying the pristine picture quality of your new OLED TV!

Cheers,

Dutchice

Recently bought Sony AF8 TV, and was told I could get a free download in 4K of Blue Planet 2, but when entering Sony promo, it will not find the item. Does anybody know what I might be doing wrong.

Have managed to download the two free 4K films without a problem, but they will not play in full screen, and I am not able to alter screen size, does anybody know why.

Thanks.
