Sony kd 55xe8096 wont turn on!!!

Hello!

This is my first Sony Tv and I was trilled about it but yesterday it just wont turn on.I read that xd series had power issues but i was thinking that xe series wont have same problem.I read that people changed few power blocks and still have same problem.Is this model have same problem?

I bought it before few months.

Hi,

I have an 55XE8577 and i have the same issue.

Sometimes, the TV would not start when using the remote.

The support team based here in Romania advised for a factory reset which I didn't do.

You cannot reset everything when anything would happen.

I guess I have to live with it.

I try' d to do factory hard reset but I coulnd do it on the way discribed on internet.But I went with it in to Sony servise here in Croatia on 02.01.2019 but still dont have any reapond.
