Sony OLED AF9

My Sony AF9 55 inch is connected to a Sonos Beam via the arc hdmi port. I sometimes want to use the TV speakers but it keeps automatically going back on to the Sonos.

What do I need to do to stop this automatically going back to the Sono?

Unplug the HDMI cable at one end or the other.

Tell one or the other device not to use CEC (BraviaSync, and whatever Sonos call it).

Both of which may be more trouble than they are worth.

I would turn the Sonos off with its remote as it fires up, which should force the TV back onto its own speakers.
