Enter/Ok Button not working on Oreo

After Oreo upgrade I have a problem with Enter (Dpad center) button.

Within Home page when I click Enter it starts 'Accessibility shortcuts'. If I do a TV restart Enter works fine, but after opening any app and coming back to Home screen, same problem again.

Enter also doesn't work if I use remote app on Android phone, so I'm guessing that Oreo somehow remapped my Enter button.

On the other hand Enter works fine within any opened app, so it's not the remote itself.

I'd appreciate any assistance.

Solved with Factory Reset.
