If we talk about an Android TV, after an update it is suggested to restore the factory settings, this could be enough to solve the problem but you will lose all the current settings.

Manolo

Hi. I have recently done the new update for my Sony Bravia tv and I can’t seem to get Netflix to load past the N screen. I have forced stopped it and also switched my tv off completely at the plug. Can’t get it to open at all and it is also saying my email or password is incorrect which it definitely isn’t.

Thanks
