Hi ,anyone can help? I notice today my built in mic not working, when i said "ok google" no respond,normally when the tv on standby mode, will see the amber led light on the tv, but it dose, in the tv setting, Google, checked "OK Google" detection. I also did 5sec power button from remote do the reboot, still not working, anyone can help please? Also i had goolge home, i cant even control the tv from Google home.

You will not like it but you could try a reset of the settings.

Hi, i did try factory reset still no luck.

It could be a network problem, you can try restarting the Router. Does the remote control microphone work?

Thank you for the reply, that is only one thing i didnt try, reset the router, i will try to night, let you know what happen, i hope it work.
