Sony Bravia KD-49XF7003 rebooting

I'm using a nvidia shield and the TV will randomly restart while I'm watching Netflix and sometimes when I open certain applications. I've done a factory reset and a firmware update which hasn't made a difference. Running software version - 8.764

Any help would be much appreciated, thanks
