      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the channel banner and picture size banner staying on all the time, I have look thru various ansers on this page and get to settings but i dont have channel input menu.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is a sony bravia tv some 10 years old and using the RM- ED009 controller.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any help appreciated&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Can you please provide the model number of the TV and let us know if you have tried a reset? This involves switching the TV off, unplugging for 1 minute, plug in again and switch on.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As far as I know, there isn't a way to disable the info banner completely on your TV, but you should be able to dismiss using the Info button on the remote.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The banner appears when the TV detect any change in the signal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Win_88&lt;/P&gt;</description>
