If you cannot update it immediately using USB, then perhaps we can offer you some help if you let us know where it fails.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I always update my TV on the release date. My tips are make sure you prepare the USB correctly according to the instructions. I format the USB using NTFS.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help please&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a KD65ZD9 and I am trying to update my software the TV is currently on software 6.5627 when I to the system software update and do the check it comes back, your software is up to date which clearly it is not, have changed my internet connection from wireless to WAN no difference have been trying to update for the last 3 weeks ,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What am I doing wrong , have tried the USB download but that is not working ether&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One last thing my TV updated ok to the Dolby Vision&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am having trouble with my computer re the USB so that is a problem dont want to buy a new computer as the rest of it works fine, 1 last problem we live in a remote part north of Scotland, looks like the only way for me is to wait for the release, or any other ideas&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards Richard&lt;/P&gt;</description>
