Intermittent display of input and screen resolution

I recently bought a 49XE8004 tv and although I am happy with it generally it has an annoying habit of displaying a black bar at top of the screen that displays Selected input and screen resolution. The bar clears after a few seconds without help but the cycle repeats randomly. I watch tv using a sky Q box via an hdmi input.

Hi @Tillytudlum The work-a-round is to turn it off.

Home -> Settings -> Channel setup -> Info banner -> Off

By default it appears every time the audio format changes. So with Sky Q if you change from SD (PCM) to HD (DD) the banner will appear. The other work-a-round, which will degrade your audio experience, is to change the Sky Q audio to Normal so it always remains on PCM.
