free Sat satellite channels on wrong channels in weekly tv guide

hi I have a KD-49XG8396 TV, after major set-up satellite problems i.e no satellite channels, I now have satellite channels, but the channel numbers are all over the place i.e. BBC1 is not 101 as freesat channel print in tv guide it is on channel 69, but i'm unable to re tune as satellite tuning is GHOSTED out, so unable to do anything with satellite channels or satellite tuning.

Hi @fusebox666 There is no “Freesat” on Sony TVs so don’t expect to see the Freesat Guide. You are going to have to sort them into a channel order yourself. Note I believe you have to disable YouView

thx for the reply it was helpful, But the satellite edit / configuration is GHOSTED, so cannot be accessed.

All other editing menu's are ok (Digital tv), but anything to do with satellite, the menu's are Ghosted or not there.

Everytime I try to access the satellite, preferred satellite or anything to do with satellite the tv ask's to SET UP, BUT I have satellite channels, quite a lot to be fair about it (BBC1 -BBC4 & ITV 1 - ITV4 ETC.). But I still cannot access the

satellite edit menu at all.
