Following the first automatic software update today on our recently purchased TV, we have lost the volume control. Cannot turn volume up or down, the remote appears to work but the volume remains the same, no response from TV. Have searched the Sony troubleshooting guide and tried the power reset process many times, to no effect. Can anyone assist please.
