PiP no longer available as an option from the Action menu

I have a Sony Bravia Android KD-55XF80, until recently I have had the option to use picture in picture from the Action menu on the remote. I noticed a few weeks ago that this function is no longer present.

Anyone else having the same problem (a search online suggests the answer is no)? Any ideas on how to get it back?

I have not yet used the 'nuclear' option of reverting to factory settings. Don't wanna spend ages trying to remember them all, esp as this may not fix the issue.

Hi Steve,

Did you change anything before the PIP function disappeared?

If not, have you tried to reboot the TV by holding the green power button on the remote?
