No bbc1 since retuning

Since retuning my TV due to Pick changing stations, I can't see bbc1 on my TV. It's there, the banner is there but no picture or sound. Any ideas anyone???

Is the antenna cable connected firmly to the TV?

Please also check if the cable is bent somewhere.

Also worth holding down the On Button on your remote for just over 5 seconds to soft reboot the TV and see if that brings it back.

Hi. Thanks for the advice. No joy I'm afraid. Tried everything I can think of and just faced with a blank silent screen. Does this mean that my TV no longer supports bbc1?? Surely not.

Thanks for advice. If the antenna wasn't secure, wouldn't that affect other stations? Still no bbc1 and all other channels OK. Very frustrating!!

Have you checked that your antenna is still capable of receiving it?

I've seen others on this forum mentioning that the 5G network rollout caused some antennas to be obsolete (for specific use cases) so that's worth checking.

You can also try depowering or "flushing" the built-in tuner in your TV by tuning with no antenna attached, then tuning again with the antenna.
