    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes that's exactly the problem. I did contact Sony Sweden and they just told me to send it for a repair and pay for it myself. That's the issue my first post explains, why is there no extended warranty for a known issue when they have that extension in the US and Canada. Baffling customer service if you ask me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My tv is experiencing the common problem described here, where the TV just stays ad the google animation &lt;A href="https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/support/articles/00171297" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/support/articles/00171297&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We managed to get it to boot one time, and it worked for a couple of days, and then it returned to boot looping.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've contacted Support, and they just tell me to contact a repairman. I think it's so bad that the warranty isn't extended for a problem that is so widely spread. In the US and Canada, they have extended the warranty according to this&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/articles/00235875" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/articles/00235875&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Isn't it weird that they don't extend it in the EU as well? (I'm from Sweden).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone else in this situation?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All the best,&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Did you perform the forced factory reset but it didn't help?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If so I would suggest to contact a service partner.&lt;/P&gt;
