Game Mode Audio Sync Issue

Hi everyone,

I have a frustrating issue with my x950h/xh950. When the image from my PC or Xbox is outputting at 1080p, there is a half a second audio delay on the TV's speakers. It can be rectified by changing resolutions back and forth on the PC. On the Xbox the problem seems to be intermittent.

It's driving me crazy. It only seems to appear on the Game Mode which leads me to believe it's to do with the 120hz refresh rate. I've tried disabling every picture and audio setting possible with no luck. I've also fiddled with the Xbox and PC settings.

Any advice on this would be much appreciated,

Thanks 👍

I've tried that without success. The issue reappears again. I've read a lot of other threads regarding sound sync issues with HDMI devices. Maybe this issue is linked?

Hey, which model do you have? Did you try the power off thing? Also, what's the source of the sound? The TV? Or a sound system?
