Hi,

My setup is:

Sony 49XH9505 connected to HT-ST5000 via HDMI ARC.

When I play the TV all is good.

I also have LG Blu-ray connected through HDMI to TV.

When I play disk, "Audio has reverted back to TV audio error" comes on the screen and yes, I lose connection to the soundbar.

Can anyone advise?

Why not connect the blu-ray player to the soundbar? It has pass-through and should also help with any latency/lipsync possibilities.

Make sure you have the latest software version installed on it as well.
