I have KD-49XF90xx Android set, will I be able to receive Ultra TV now that I have SKYQ. I followed the onscreen instructions but with no result.

Can you please better describe ‘no result’?

No UHD, just HD?

Or no picture at all?

What happens if you start the BBC iPlayer and watch His Dark Materials? Does that play in UHD for you?

Thanks for your help. I have gone to BBC I player and then His Dark Materials, the program has started and the picture quality seems very good, how do I tell if this is ULTRA. as you can tell my knowledge of these sort of things is limited. I am of that age.

The resolution for UHD is 3840x2160. You can find it by pressing the "i+" button next to the "0" button on the remote.

I would like to thank the two people who have helped with my problem about ULTRA TV. Having followed their advice when I go to the screen format button it comes up 3840x2160p and the picture is superb
