Afternoon all

First time on the forum, I have a Kd-55ag8, with sky Q, when I go on UHDthe picture is OK for the first few minutes, then it starts to stutter like a strobe light, I have changed the HDMI cables 3 times to rule them out, can anyone please advise? Tia

Hey, try to make sure you have this version (The latest software) https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/support/oled-tvs-android-a8g_ag8-series/kd-55ag8/downloads/00017085 and let me know if you still need anything. Cheers.

Thanks for getting back to me, the TV has uptodate software onSent from Samsung Mobile on O2
