Motionflow settings not available

Hi there, I have a 55XH8196 which in general is great apart from the image ghosting I'm getting. I have tried many settings but the one I feel may help motionflow says not available? Any ideas as it doesn't matter what input source is says the same

And watch the video on adjusting your set.

One reason these settings are unavailable might be having the TV in a Game mode; but there are other possible reasons here.

If no go, can you post a picture or video showing the issue?

Be aware also that your tv has a 60hz panel... not too much for any interpolation you may desire...
