I have recently purchased a Sony KD-49XH9505 unlike my old Samsung Tv I can find no way to adjust the picture setting to stretch when receiving broadcasts eg watching a film with top and bottom sections black. Can anybody advise? My old TV I could just change the picture mode to fill my screen, thank you

Hi,

Just press the button with the gear icon to access the Action Menu.

Then select the related function to adjust the image size.

Hey @Porpoise,

This mainly works on content that the TV can control (channels from aerial or satellite), but if you have an external device (like a BT, Humax or Virgin box) you'll need to do the adjustment from it.
