ITV hub doesn't work after software update

ITV hub now won't work after this week's software update on my Kd55xg850. The fix on the site which I used last time I had this problem- clearing cache and data from yv....APK file in system apps no longer works as that file is not there on updated system. Any suggestions??

Hi,

did you search for that app in the app menu?

If it had been installed before it should be listed in the apps menu.
Else you might have to re-install it.

Thanks, file wasn't in apps. Tried retuning and that fixed problem.
