Sony xf9005 safe mode

Hi all.

Since yesterday, my TV is in safe mode with volume 0 icon on bottom of screen, I can't switch safe mode off by restarting, soft reset, factory reset. I can increase volume for moment but it is going down it self to zero, remote control seems to be OK. I have no idea what I can do with it. Please help.

Yes I was trying this before, no success.

But solved the problem. Remote control from amazon fire stick was causing some conflict with TV after taking battery off i was able to reboot TV and and switch off safe mode.
