Apps are missing from Sony Bravia , when I try to connect to internet I just get local access and internet connection failed, I have tried everything, unplugged the tv, turned the router off but still can't get the tv to connect to the internet. This tv has been nothing but trouble since we bought it but this is the worst it's been .

Check the TV's clock. If the hour is correct.

Hi @BarbW52 Sony Bravia is just a generic term for a Sony TV. To try and help you we need the full model number of your TV?

I've managed to solve the problem now thank you
