BBC Iplayer inconpatableity

Recently purchased an XR-77A84J.

As part of setup I want to install BBC I player but every time I follow the procedure I get the message -"Your device is not compatible with this version". TV is on the latest software.

Any help appreciated.

Hi Cliff,

Sony and i believe other brands also have a hard time with getting youview to work with their sets, when i called Sony, they advised me that apps should be ready at the end of this year.
