What do you think about SONY respond to me, is this correct answers?

We have previously answered your questions.

1) The product does not have that function and both we and Sony have explained to you that it differs between different TV functions depending on the model.

2) Sony has looked at the pictures and stated that they depend on the color grading from how the material is recorded. I have also informed you that you can of course book an appointment for an examination of the TV, but if it does not turn out to be a defect in the product, you will be charged an examination fee. You book the service through the manufacturer.

3. 4, 5, 7) There is no problem with the product that can be seen from what you sent in. However, if you still want someone to review it, you need to book a service so a technician can come and examine the product.

6) We are not product trained on the goods and therefore, as previously stated, we have investigated this with Sony to get clarity on the whole.

😎 It is sad that you are dissatisfied with the image of the product. If you think there is something wrong with the product, you can book service with the manufacturer.
However, the picture may differ between different models as previously stated.

If you are dissatisfied with this, we have, as previously stated, referred you to ARN as we unfortunately will not proceed in this matter.

Sincerely,
