It is clearly a network issue, you may want to check which different parameters (i.e. DNS setting) you may have for lan and wifi connection

We have a Sony Bravia KD-43XF8796, and we recently changed Broadband supplier, we connected the TV via ethernet cable to the new router. You Tube and Disney + work fine, Prime and Netflix display a 'no network error'. If I switch to WIFI they work again, however I wish to use Ethernet, any ideas why this is happening?

Yes, i agree with @rooobb, to confirm this as well try connecting to a different network as in your mobile hotspot or use a different ethernet cable so if the issue is only through ethernet then you will need to contact your provider.
