      <description>&lt;P&gt;It seems like burn in, nothing that can be solved. If you have a warranty still valid you may try to get a replacement after going through a lot of questions on how do you use your tv&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dealing with Sony today as I work Mon-Fri 08:00 - 18:00 and the Sony support team work Mon-Fri 09:00-18:00 I am not home in time to follow their instructions but they have e mailed me to try a factory reset and want proof of purchase which I will email them with results tomorrow.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
