Hi I have cleared the cache & data but does not clear to zero and I still have the same problem. I reset the TV via the handset when it is switched on - the players all function ok till I turn the TV off and I have to reset it again to work.

Thank for your help but I feel that this can't be resolved.

Steve.

Hi Steve, have you tried disabling youview then enabling it/setting it up again?, head to settings>watching TV>channel set up then Youview.

Also, has it been like this for while or is it recent, as if it's recent you might wanna try the factory reset to check but i would leave this as the last resort since you will have to set up the whole TV from the beginning

Hi Yes I have done that and still the same, as for how long the fault I've only just come across the fault, as I mainly use my Humax box for TV and record but It does not support all4 to stream.

I guess I'll have to do a factory reset 😟
