Hello, I'm experiencing following problem on my new XR-65A83J, latest firmware, factory reset didn't helped.

After turning on the TV, there is no picture. The sound of the TV program or movements in the menu could be heard. For a while, disconnecting the power cord helped, but not for long time. This happened to me 3 times in one week. When the problematic behavior occurs, when turning on (and logically also when turning off) the "click" that is usual when turning on, when the picture also appears, is not heard. Is there some procedure to solve this, or the only solution is to contact service center? Thank You very much!

I would say as a last resort try a forced reset: https://bit.ly/3nLWGd6.
Then contact the service centre if it's still the same sadly.
