I would ask Amazon first as your contract to buy is with them. All Sony do is host the Prime Video application, they are not responsible for its content.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would make sure that you are running the latest App, check for updates and your TV is on the latest software.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/support/oled-tvs-android-a9_a9s-series/kd-48a9/software/00267389" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/support/oled-tvs-android-a9_a9s-series/kd-48a9/software/00267389&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Cannot access rental or purchase video via the app on my&amp;nbsp; KD 48A9. When I select a video i want to purchase there is a screen message&amp;nbsp; "How can I watch this"&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;i am advised to purchase the video via a tablet or similar..... I want to purchase and watch the video on my tv.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Any help out there ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;H3&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/H3&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;H3&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/H3&gt;</description>
