Tiny pin hole on the screen

moved home and shifted tv in original packing however when switched back on I can see a tiny pin hole size dot on the screen illuminating light.

any suggestions to repair or mask the dot ? Thanks

Are you sure it's an actual hole? Or a bright pixel? Try adding a photo so we can help you!

Also, where are you based? So I can provide the link for the nearest service centre. UK? Or IE?

Thanks for reply , when I touch it I can feel it’s like the outer surface scratched and therefore the bright light spot is showing. Please see the tiny dot on the photos. I am from Bracknell UK.

Hey @Najam23, if it's a dead picel, maybe it can be sorted out by performing a factory data reset, you also need to check if your TV software is up to date or not.

If not and you can feel it's a scratch, then you can contact the repair centre directly to arrange a repair service for you.
