AG9 + RMF-TX621E not working?

Swapped the included remote for the 621E to get backlit buttons.

IR worked directly, paired the bluetooth successfully.

But apps buttons do not work, I know Prime and Disney might not work but at least Netflix and Youtube? Nothing happens if I press them.

And the Settings-buttons does not work either.

All info I can find says they are compatible, but how do I get it working?

Weird, I paired the old remote, now everything works on the new one, except voice commands. (Bluetooth then).

Hey @SirMacke Check that after you've paired the old remote if the new remote the RMF-TX621E is still paired via Bluetooth with the TV or not.

If I go to Bluetooth, there are no units paired.

Under Remote Control there can only be one remote paired.

If I pair one, the TV prompts me that the other one will be disconnected.

If you do a simple IR test with the phone's camera do you get light from these specific buttons? Try to press the power button for 3 seconds while the batteries are out as well.

An unpaired remote sends IR-signal for all buttons except Voice Controll.

After the remote is paired, at least App buttons + Settings Button + Arrow buttons swaps to Bluetooth.

Same for both the old and the new.

I emailed Sony about his and they say 621E is not compatible wich I now also suspect.

I will try 611E also, it is the original 600E but with backlit buttons.

Hey, did Sony give you the part number for the compatible remote? I got it from their retailer, ITdelivered: 149354821.
