The worst service ever. They didn't fix my tv or if they couldn't give me a new one as all serious companies do but instead they took my tv and bring a used one wich works and play really bad obviously they changed screen or processor or problem to one of them. I asked immediately my old back and they refused it and joke that the second one works fine and the case is closed for them . See you at court Sony.
