There is no option of screen mirroring and only once I don't know what program I installed that caused a software shock, and the screen mirroring was brought to the disabled programs section, which did not have an activation option at all, and after I did the factory settings, it went away. I wanted to ask if there is a way to enable the page reflection option?

It's just that I completely updated the TV and Android apps, but still there is no option to mirror the screen

You can "Cast", who is different from Mirroring but also "the same"...
Cast is possible from an Android/iOS device (try YouTube) or PC (by Chrome Browser).
Cast an App or the entire Display.

Unless I have missed it, you haven't told us which device you are trying to mirror from?

For Android and IOS devices you don't need anything special.

For Android - use Google Home on your device.

For IOS - it uses Airplay2, select screen mirroring.
