Help required please Sony A95 You View

I am in need of help as I have never got to grips with this TV and my Mental Health is being triggered

i was conned (my opinion) by salesman Kevin of Spatial Vision Nantwich when I went into his store to buy an LG, stupid me should have stayed LG Should have stayed Currys

My customer relationship broke down with spatial due to Kevin’s arrogance

I had an update Mon 19th May and now I cannot get ITVX on You View (can get ITVX on LG and on my iPad)

Cannot seem to find anything on Sony TV to update ITVX via You View ?

Any Ideas or help would be gratefully received
