i can't make a call in whats app or face book or viber the other person don't hear me but i hear him the other calls and the applications work well how can i solve this problem

Settings > call settings > microphone noise suppression > turn it off and try again.

on a side note, there had been issues reported with this apps, contact the app developer if the above doesn't work.

I just resolved a similar problem now! What I did was go to settings>>Apps>>activate whatsapp calls>>Clear Cache. And that was it! My callers can now hear me very clearly.

There are myriad reasons as to why the other person might not hear you, if you have a slow connection there will be a considerable lag, which could create this issue.

So you went to settings, apps, and clered the cache, you did this on what device because I don't see that on my iphone or in whats app. Be more specific on the device you talking about please.

iPhones will have totally different settings. It's irrelevant to try to apply any fixes you see here to an iPhone.
