Hi I forgot the pass code to unlock the screen on my phone. I didn't set up Google as a recovery account. I can get in as Guest but is there any way I can unlock my user id

Hi @Daireb, welcome to the community.

To remove the PIN/Pass lock on your phone there are 2 ways:

If you signed up for My Xperia, you can change it at www.myxperia.com.

If not, you will need to run a software repair using Xperia Companion. This will erase all data on your phone, but it will also remove the lock.
