Quite often when I make a call the recipient cannot hear me although I can hear them. If I redial and switch to loudspeaker they can then hear me. Other times the recipient can't hear me when I am using loudspeaker I then have to redial using the internal speaker. Very frustrating. Recently was trying to reach the AA as I had broken down and I couldn't make the call. Please help I don't know if this would occur on a 999 call but I worry that it will.
