If the problem is resolved then one of your installed apps is causing this issue and you have to figure out which one. Start by uninstalling those apps you installed recently.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After switching on my experia E5 i am unable to unlock the phone as there is no keyboard to enter my pass code. I have tried software re-boot by means of volume and power key. Can anyone help please!!!!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
