Certain WiFi router doesn't work

Please help. My home router doesn't work with my phone but with everything else it works. But my phone works with other routers. What can I do?

Hi @favorit1,

I'm sorry to hear this. Do you get an error message when you try to connect to this Wi-Fi network? You can see your connection status just bellow the name of the network name if you go to: Settings > Wi-Fi.

I recommend that you reboot your device to safe mode to see if this behavior is caused by one of your downloaded apps as these will be temporarily disabled in this mode.
