By the way I dont have any problem with my microphone for my Xperia E1. And for me the Microphone and Ear speaker is quite good.
Anyway, I have the Slow talk option disabled. But I have the Microphone noise suspension enabled. And it works fine for me.

I think if you have serious issue with your Microphone you should contact service center.

Recently I purchased Xperia E dual and since the begining the people whom i call complain about low volume or they can not hear my voice. Other functions are fine.

I tried using Diagnostics but no improvement so far.

Has anyone faced such problem with the Microphone and how to resolve?

I don't think we need to disable noise suppression. Because I never faced any issue with that feature but instead it benefitted me. Using this phone everyone can hear me clearly. But I'm wondering why you all are facing this problem.

Check your volume settings, see what happens if you disable noise suppression, see the quality of your network. If nothing works try repairing it or visiting a service center. For immediate support you may also contact on Xperias hotline number.

I have also bought a new Sony xperia e4 dual from India, and I had the same problem-nobody could not listen to me on phone calls. But Viber calls were normal. I applied to some services and the Sony officials-nobody could not help me. They proposed many things-even to change the microphone. Only one Sony service in Armenia understood my problem-it was that the mobile phone was set to Publicity mode! And in 5,seconds the problems was solved by changing a small code. Now my phone works normally.
