      <description>&lt;P&gt;Bought this phone July 25. Encountered black screen of death August 5 and could not restart or hard reset. Just waited for the battery to be drained, charge it and it works fine again. Just notice these past few days, after I play simple games like candy crush or after I connected with a wifi and browse the internet - video playback is not working well. It lagged or sometimes hanged. Enable to solve this issue, I need to restart my phone but I don't want to do it evrytime I encounter this problem. Just yesterday, anothing problem appeared, I tried to record a video and when I try to play it, all I see is black screen with a warning saying "FILE FORMAT NOT RECOGNIZE" but when I checked the details its mp4.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;AVG antivirus and Clean master are installed plus a few games.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Help please!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="line-height: 18px;"&gt;Are you viewing the videos through Youtube/Facebook on your browser or through the Youtube app/Facebook app?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="line-height: 18px;"&gt;Try the following steps, after trying each method verify whether that worked or not.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Restart the device&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;If you are using&amp;nbsp;mobile data try playing the video over Wi-Fi or if you already are using Wi-Fi, try a different connection to see if&amp;nbsp;it amkes a difference. Make sure you have enough mobile data if you want to use that.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="line-height: 18px;"&gt;If you are using the apps rather than the browser, clear the cache for both apps by going into Settings &amp;gt; Apps &amp;gt; All &amp;gt; find the app &amp;amp; tap on it &amp;gt; tap Clear cache.       <description>Thanks for the suggestions. Videos wouldn't play through the Facebook or YouTube Apps. They also wouldn't play through the Chrome browser.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I had just updated Facebook and my phoneyesterday afternoon, but didn't restart after updating. Restarted my phone first thing this morning and the issue seems resolved! Thanks so much!</description>

      <description>hi everybody. i bought a m4 aqua half a year ago..at first there were a LOT of bugs (apps didnt work, overheating, random screen touches when charging, SIM couldnt be read etc..) after a few factory resets and some software updates most of the bugs were fixed..two things are bothering me now.. First, the random screen touching when I use it while charging (more often when i use other charger but also sometimes when i use mine) and second, the video problem..some times it seems like its gone (after a restart ) but most of the time it lags badly..i dont mean the videos that i record whith the cam..ofline videos play well..but they lag on google chrome, facebook , playstore (the video on the top of each app), and mostly on youtube (especialy on youtube video lags more often and for some reason youtube is the only app that i can't update..even tho when i open youtube it says that there is an update available on the playstore, when i try to do it after a while it stops the dowloading and shows me an error mesage with code 505) I use clean master and CM security from the begining and some essential apps..Please help</description>
