Can you see the red colour rectangular sticker / (whatever the red thing) in the right corner of the slot.I want to know does it indicates something? Because in every YouTube reviews that thing is white in colour and now more often SD card removed unexpectedly in my phone. Is there any connection?

I think thats the water damage sticker, if it turns red then it has been exposed to water

Thanks!, yes 6 months back my phone has fallen down to a bucket of water and stoped the functioning of power button. But after 14 hours it become functional again. Is it okay/safe to keep use this phone?

That's a really complicated question, I don't think anyone can give you an answer other than your Local support after they inspect the phone, I'm not sure if you could get hurt if you keep using it.
