Battery percentage problems

My sony's battery percentage started jumping up and down, most of the time it now stics on 50%....and every now and then it changes to the actual percentage...also stops and starts charging after it reaches 90% charge level...did hard reset but didnt change anything...

Any ideas?

Things to test, boot on >>> safe mode and see if you experience the same issue, if you don't then its a third party app acting up

if you do, you might want to repair the phone with XC
