Data Usage option crashing

Hello. I got problem with my Sony Xperia M2 Black. I have use phone as LTE modem and after i turn of tethering option i cannot acces Data Usage option ( it crush after 1 sec i press it).

Also i got problem with turn off the phone. It turn himself on after few sec i pres turn off ( not the restart button).

I got this problem before and i have to restart phone to fabric setings ( but is painfull proces with all aplication i have to re-set again)

I use Andriod version : 5.1.1
