      <title>Factory reset for M2</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can't return to factory settings because the menu said that can not open settings "unfortunately ", and comes back out from "factory reset "...what should I do?.. I tried to close Xperia tracking and didn't work... tracking after I demanded with password to stop it&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

This will do a clean installation of the latest firmware and will also wipe your internal memory. Don't forget to &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/backup+using+Xperia+Companion/pd-p/Xperia_Companion_Backup_Restore" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="192-1"&gt;backup using Xperia Companion&lt;/A&gt;, but preferably without adding apps or settings to the backup.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Follow the steps given in blue links, and keep us updated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
