When I visited customer service center, &nbsp;they said its a problem by mother boad, &nbsp;I have to change that, &nbsp;and that will cost 10000. &nbsp;it's not in warranty period. If I got this kind of problems from sony. Without any Reason to get this kind problems, &nbsp;then people can't believe sony product. Not in my phone only, &nbsp;I saw lot of same mobiles on &nbsp;same issue. &nbsp;I brought &nbsp;redmi before 3 Years ago. &nbsp;Till now its working properly.. &nbsp;</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>So I can compare redmi with sony.. &nbsp;Haha.. &nbsp;And your service center at first they said its software issue. They took my mobile, &nbsp;and After repair i got more problems &nbsp;( bluetooth &amp; wifi are not workin.) and now when I opening just coming the sony logo nothing else.
