can't unlock

hello there, i have had this xperia x2 for a year and a half now and have been experiencing hangs and that it couldn't be turned off until i remove the battery, my screen wouldn't respond or responds but not on what i have touched and now the worst is that it has been locked and the screen wouldn't respond to its stylus or finger or anything so i can't access it... help please! thanks!

try repairing your phone with

Update Service (SUS)

if the problem persists most likely is hardware releated

since i can't unlock my unit, is it okay if i turn it off by simply removing the battery?
