The phone removes emails when they are removed from your email account. If you have a computer connected to this email account, make sure that the email application in your computer (Outlook, Outlook Express etc) is set to leave a copy on the server. With default settings, many email applications removes the emails from the server when you send and receive. The phone will then delete its copies as well.
